Philips Factory Order Management Specialist in Lodz, Poland

Job title:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Factory Order Management Specialist to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of customer orders. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key link between sales, logistics, manufacturing, and regional market organizations in Philips Healthcare.

Your role:

  • Order Management: Screen and verify customer orders. Confirm that orders are prepared for manufacturing accurately and align with customer delivery requirements.

  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Oversee the entire order lifecycle to ensure factory and logistics providers deliver as committed.

  • Stakeholders Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for order fulfillment-related topics, addressing first-level escalations with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Order Book Management: Maintain, coordinate, and manage the order book, ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Invoicing Preparation: Process and prepare orders for invoicing using SAP systems.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct regular calls and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including Logistics, Factory, Planning, Quality, and regional Market Organizations, to align efforts and resolve issues.

You're the right fit if:

  • Some experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or a related field.

  • Strong familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems will be an asset

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Clear and professional communication abilities to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
