Fujitsu Europe - Procurement Consultant in Lodz, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
Contributing and operating effectively within sub-category, country, bid and project level procurement strategies for the nominated internal customers and stakeholders
Supporting the identification and execution of opportunities for financial returns, maximizing value, protecting and delivering demonstrable benefits to the Fujitsu's Profit and Loss (as per agreed targets)
Developing and implementing negotiation strategies for contracts, drafting supplier contractual terms and conditions to minimize Fujitsu’s risk exposure
Identification and management of key suppliers at a strategic level to ensure an effective relationship to maximize value while minimizing commercial and financial risks to Fujitsu
Understanding of responsible procurement practices, policies, and processes, ensuring adherence to ethical and sustainable standards
Understanding the needs of key clients, regularly engage with relevant stakeholders, and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Providing consultancy to colleagues and/or bid teams ensuring innovative, responsive and competitive input to help secure business opportunities
Exploring existing product/service offerings through Capability Units or third parties to enhance competitiveness
Skills required:
Experience in procurement with strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in contract review and drafting commercial clauses
Experience in dealing and negotiating with IT suppliers
Excellent presentation skills with experience of presenting to Senior Management level
Strong persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to remain persistent and durable, making informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrable drive, ambition and vision
Organized, structured and results/execution focused
Proven supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills
Fluent in English, Polish native
