Philips Dispute Specialist in Lodz, Poland

As Disputes Specialist you will join Philips’ Accounting Operations team . On daily basis you will have a chance to manage and organize dispute management activities according to a clear policy in terms of efficiency (priority setting, to do lists, shared customers, registration & follow up) and effectiveness (decrease disputes). This function should be performed in close cooperation with external & internal stakeholders in order to minimize the outstanding disputes.

Your role:

  • Coordinating, supporting, and developing dispute management process

  • Monitoring & reporting of disputes on market level

  • Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sectors

  • Follow up with local business resolvers on dispute resolution

  • Follow up with GBS Order Management, Service & Solutions Delivery and Sales Back Office on dispute resolution

  • Drive structural solutions on market level

  • Managing dispute backlog items

  • Participate as an active member in Dispute meetings with internal & external stakeholders

You're the right fit if:

  • Dispute management experience

  • Fluent English – both written & spoken

  • Work experience in SAP system

  • Analytical skills – use Excel on daily basis

  • Ability to prioritize and organize own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to

  • Ability to build and sustain working relations and collaboration

  • Background in F&A, Economics or Business Administration

  • Customer service focus
