Philips Continuous Improvement Expert in Lodz, Poland

GBS offers professional Continuous Improvement support to our business partners to resource and deliver on a wide range of improvement initiatives. The CI support provided ranges from standard training events and improvement initiatives to more complex long-term improvement assignments.

In driving performance improvement, the Continuous Improvement Expert adopts a variety of different roles, such as guide, coach, analyst, trainer or change manager, depending on the type of assignment. In all situations, the Continuous Improvement Expert challenges and leads by example.

Your role:

  • Delivering results tied to Business priorities through the application of Lean methodologies, along with sustainable behavioral change to ensure long term competitive advantage

  • Driving and executing business strategies and improvement projects by working with key stakeholders from various internal partners

  • Providing training and coaching as required by the internal partner organizations

  • Coaching team members and management on the consistent Lean behaviors

  • Deploying Daily Management and Problem Solving according to the Philips standard with the aim to drive business performance

You're the right fit if you:

  • have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean and/or Six Sigma) within large/complex organizations

  • are proficient in English

  • are passionate about Lean and Continuous Improvement

  • possess the ability to influence, inspire and enthuse others

  • can self-reflect and willing to constantly learn

  • are comfortable working in a challenging, constantly changing international environment

  • possess extensive training & coaching experience

  • have solid Project Management skills

  • can work hybrid from our office in Łódź (2 days in the office per week)

  • can work independently
