Description We are offering an opportunity for a File Clerk role, based in Lodi, California, in the Wholesale Distribution industry. The role involves managing heavy document flow, organizing files, and supporting various teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling a high volume of documents

• Filing and scanning documents in an organized and efficient manner

• Assisting payroll, medical, and HR teams with their administrative needs

• Using Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry and correspondence

• Maintaining and organizing file systems for easy access and retrieval

• Providing excellent customer service in resolving inquiries and issues

• Ensuring all files are maintained and up-to-date. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a File Clerk in the Wholesale Distribution industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Demonstrated skills in Correspondence and Customer Service.

• Proven experience in Data Entry.

• Knowledge and experience in File System, Maintaining Files, and Organizing Files.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified country.
