Complete daily work orders, team player is a must, changing light bulbs, replace filters, and changing thermostats, Light eletrical duties, light plumbing duties, operate snow blower and shovels, cleaning grounds and laundry rooms daily, help with make ready units. perform other duties as assigned. On call rotation is required.
