Join our Swedish Service team as responsible for Parts & Service Sales Sweden, position will be based in the Jönköping area.

This role asParts & Service Sales for Swedenplays an important role for identifying and seizing sales opportunities for parts and service solutions in Sweden, including digital solutions, machine upgrades, and refurbishments, within an assigned territory.

Reporting to the Country Service Manager and a part of Sweden Service management team, this position requires fostering relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive profitable sales through adept account management techniques, tailoring Kalmar Solutions to meet customer needs effectively.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales growth targets, encompassing parts sales, and margins, while also focusing on increasing sales of service solutions

  • Identify and pursue parts sales opportunities, with a strategic emphasis on promoting service solutions, related to digital solutions, machine upgrades, and refurbishments

  • Maintain diligent pipeline management to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities and maximize revenue generation

  • Conduct comprehensive gap analyses on existing installed bases to uncover potential sales opportunities for both parts and service solutions

  • Drive the creation and conversion of contracts for parts and digital solutions, with a keen focus on expanding the scope to include service-related offerings

  • Utilize the Insight application extensively to monitor machine performance and compare actual parts sales to potential sales based on equipment utilization

  • Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and facilitating repeat business

  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of customer records in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies and customer interactions.
