- Operating front end loaders and skid steers to plow snow.

- Managing sites with your own equipment, contributing to the team's efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability to work when it snows.
- A positive, team player attitude.
- Experience with snow plowing equipment is preferred but not required.
