Role Overview This is a unique opportunity to bring in the next phase of growth for a successful professional services practice currently providing data analytics, executive reporting, process governance, reengineering, and desk research to top-tier clients in Tech with an eye on execution excellence and global scale for complex operations. We are looking for a seasoned services leader who can combine their experience in client management and solution design/development with an innovation-first mindset to support AI-enabled transformation efforts. The initial role is primarily focused on business development and revenue growth as an individual contributor, with runway to move into a Head of Sales position and build a high-powered BD team as growth objectives are met. Base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 plus commission/bonus to reach on-target earnings (no cap). If this is not the right range for you, please check out our other openings. This position is 100% remote. The role is an independent contributor to start. Responsibilities * Spearhead the growth of an established solution portfolio covering domains like compliance operations, financial planning and budgeting, vendor performance analytics, and customer success, among others * Develop and execute strategic plans to target key accounts, liaise with other client-facing leaders across the firm, develop targeted messaging, and package custom solutions that combine human expertise and global delivery scale with AI-forward optimization * Build and nurture executive relationships with senior Director+ level stakeholders across target clients in Tech with opportunity to cross-sell with sales teams serving other industry verticals * Collaborate with global delivery teams to drive exceptional client outcomes and forge long-term relationships * Participate in industry forums and events to establish thought leadership and drive content marketing efforts Required Qualifications * 15+ years in management consulting and professional services, with demonstrated success in strategic sales and global account management * Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and AI-augmented consulting services landscape * Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets * Experience in scaling complex operations and implementing process transformation initiatives * Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications * MBA or equivalent advanced degree * Experience in internal strate
