Trinity Health (REMOTE) Epic Project Manager in Livonia, Michigan

Description:

Responsible for providing project manager support for Trinity Health’s Epic implementation. This position will project manage all 3rd party applications and workflows for the Inpatient Nursing team. Coordinates all issues that arise during the project for assigned areas and provides subject matter expertise and comprehensive knowledgeable in Trinity Health's policies, procedures, and business operations. Works with 3rd party applications and technical teams and develops best practice workflows and integration. Works hand-in-hand with other Epic Application Coordinators, Project Managers, Trainers, and respective Application Managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or higher. Master's degree in clinical, revenue, IT or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing people and/ or in IT systems implementation required. Knowledge of clinical or revenue workflow preferred.

Must be able to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health.

Must possess prior experience in, process improvement, change leadership, and project management.

Must be an effective consensus builder and collaborator, have excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, and operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  1. Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities and be able to prioritize and balance the requirements of working with the System Office and Regional Health Ministries (RHMs).

  2. Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed.

Hourly pay ranges: $48.42 - $80.56
