Large utility is looking for an Industrial Engineer in Livonia, MI. The Senior Industrial Engineer leads process improvement initiatives, leveraging industrial engineering principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and address safety, compliance, and quality challenges while fostering collaboration and organizational growth. responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence by ing industrial engineering principles to improve organizational efficiency.

• Lead initiatives to refine processes, reduce waste, and improve safety, compliance, quality, delivery, and morale.

• Conduct time and motion studies, stratify losses, and perform root cause analysis to identify and address improvement opportunities.

• Develop and implement enhanced processes, technologies, policies, and standard work to meet quality, cost, and timeliness expectations.

• Collaborate across all organizational levels to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Skills:

• strong organizational abilities for goal setting, planning, and prioritization.

• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to influence and work with diverse teams.

• Analytical mindset for data assessment, trend identification, and business performance evaluation.
