ERP Systems Administrator Sr -Remote
Provides seasoned technical assistance for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in support of a business (i.e Finance, Workforce Management and Supply Chain Management) or functional area. Participates in the planning, development, design, testing, migration and implementation of new products and upgrades of existing solutions. Ensures performance reliability, availability and stability of applications and provides problem resolution as needed. Provides technical support to ERP system users and staff on resolution of incidents, problem triage, technical analysis, and follow-up. The level is expected to possess an advanced knowledge of server hardware, peripherals and software and the ability to provide technical leadership in the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of modern technologies and ERP system applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for contributing and supporting any TIS build initiatives impacting ERP applications, which includes hardware and platform changes, business process changes, system monitoring, audit actions and other activities impacting technical environments or functionality of ERP systems. Ensures ERP production availability and stability. Serve as technical resource providing seasoned knowledge of deployed hardware and software.
Responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and administration of Unix based IBM midrange servers and support to Oracle databases. Manages Microsoft desktop/advanced server technologies for application deployment and delivery.
Assists in technology strategic planning and budgeting. Develops and refines best practices and models for sizing of ERP solutions; provides input on best practices and models for sizing Web based solutions and ERP System IBM/UNIX server-based solutions. Responsible for design, build and configuration of IBM WebSphere solutions.
Execute routine system maintenance in a system administrative capacity. (Includes PeopleSoft 9.2, Print Sever Administration, Kauffman Hall/Axiom, DMS, Kronos, GHX, OBI, Hyperion, EPM). Leads the development, maintenance, and use of server monitoring policies and thresholds. Provides technical guidance and problem resolution as needed.
AIX and Windows scripting for automation of administration tasks, server, and client configurations.
Responsible for creating and maintaining architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Monitors modification of existing documentation to address errors and changes to processes and procedures.
Recommends computational, and technical requirements as needed for new capabilities based on business/functional/build requirements.
Research software and hardware components or services, identifies the technologies to employ based on price, performance, service agreements and organizational constraints.
Research on new patches and releases and make recommendations for possible application/deployment and risks.
Responsible for meeting deadlines and identifying risks and solutions.
Participates in the planning, execution and maintenance of application upgrades and builds (includes PeopleSoft 9.2, Kauffman Hall/Axiom). Support cutover activities for Upgrades and other releases. Review product specific standards and documents. Make recommendations and provide support to near/mid-term strategy, and roadmaps in support of Trinity standards and strategy.
Provide support for customer projects from activation to implementation of new technologies and ERP system applications. Develops integration, migration, and contingency plans.
Provides technical expertise on technologies and applications across product lines to propose work breakdown, estimated level of effort and technical resource planning.
Interfaces with management and build teams to build new environments for testing and conduct impact analysis of upgrades and new products on ERP systems.
Code migrations using Change Management tools like PHIRE or similar tools. Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance to TIS build team if needed. Responds to questions and resolves problems as they occur.
Collaborate with Analysts, Architects, and other colleagues to support building new capabilities, solutions, new application development and third-party application integrations. Custom application development and solutions as needed. Includes PeopleSoft 9.2.
Provides support for application teams and projects involving server cycling, domain monitoring and process killing referencing established procedures and documentation.
Participates in the build, activation and support a hot site for Disaster Recovery of ERP systems. Responsible for client system access, maintenance, availability, and performance. Serve as a resource for configuration, replication scripts and documentation.
Responsible for pro-active, and advanced troubleshooting, problem solving and technical analysis of moderately complex issues. Evaluates, selects, and utilizes advanced support tools and applications to arrive at solutions to complex hardware and software issues.
Interfaces with system users and staff in responding to ticket tracking software and email requests relative to break-fix issues (e.g., re-running operations jobs, creating printers and default locations, etc.), general troubleshooting and providing ERP application support for production and non-production domains. Check maintenance log files for errors, monitor file system utilization, remove large temporary files, and spot check error messages. Adheres to established pre-defined procedures/documentation and ensure all Service Level Agreement requirements and Quality Standards are met.
Identifies process improvement opportunities and ensures implementation of best practices and process changes within team. Provides technical and procedural recommendations based upon trending and analysis of application performance data.
Provides specialized guidance as required for integration, architectures, system selection, strategy, electronic health and/or financial records, clinical systems implementations, and clinical process transformation.
Guides and contributes to the corporate, TIS, departmental and RHM development of program and project deliverables to align with corporate strategy.

Keeps current and informed of related technologies and best practices within the industry.

pay grade 13 range 74,114.97-111,172.4589 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

Experience or familiarity with SQR, HTML, Java, JavaScript.
Familiarity with .Net Development (C#, VB.Net) is a plus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology and minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of Five (5) years of progressive experience with comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering in at least two IT disciplines such as technology architecture, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience and knowledge of IT applications related to healthcare and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) like PeopleSoft FMS/HRMS, Lawson Supply Chain management, Kronos Work Force management, Financial Management environment.
Minimum five (5) years' knowledge and experience of Citrix, Oracle databases, Unix OS, and Windows Server.
Knowledge of Change management process development and enforcement.
Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of modern enterprise architecture, applications, systems design, entity-relationships, and integration.
Advanced knowledge of network protocols and Windows operating systems administration.
Advanced skills in IBM WebSphere, Microsoft Project, Active Directory.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
People skills to interface effectively with customers/clients, vendors, management, and staff.

PeopleSoft Preferred Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of application development experience in ERP PeopleSoft using PeopleSoft App Designer.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' PeopleSoft FSCM/HRMS Administration, use of PeopleSoft People Tools, Application Designer, SQL Plus/PLSQL Developer.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience executing PeopleSoft Projects, SQR, and COBOL migrations. Run SQLs and SQRs, Data Mover script, modify, and troubleshoot Process Scheduler issues and set up traces.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience with Oracle WebLogic Application Server, i.e., administration, skills, installation, and configuration.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience with System administration skills, Unix Scripting.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience with MS Windows Server Operating Systems and Citrix.
Five (5) to seven (7) years' installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Second and/or third level support for help desk issues and resolving common problems for PeopleSoft complex issues.
Considerable knowledge and experience participating in upgrades, planning, disaster recovery and W life cycle.
Plans and implements application life cycle management.
Experience with sophisticated text editors capable of editing diverse types of files including HRML and X ML files and understand the syntax for these and other Types of files.
Ability to perform various tasks on IBM AIX systems. Experience and knowledge of COBOL.
STAT administration, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Ability to contribute and maintains data disaster/server recovery plans for production and non-production systems.
Ability to contribute to annual capacity planning and growth estimates.

Experience throughout one full life-cycle PeopleSoft implementation project and/or upgrade.
Experienced with PeopleSoft Client, People Tools, PeopleSoft Application Server, WebLogic, Tuxedo/Jolt, nVision, COBOL.
Experiences in upgrade process both Financials, Supply Chain and HRMS.
Experienced with XML Publisher/Business Intelligence Publisher
