The Arc of Essex County is a non-profit organization that provides services and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We have a corporate office in Livingston, NJ with programs throughout Essex County.We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor:The selected candidate will provides support, direct care, supervision, and skill training for individuals living in a group residential program.- Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Shift Supervisor ensures the welfare of each individual by providing a safe, healthy, homelike environment, by performing the following duties.- Assists in the planning of the Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) and assumes the responsibility for the implementation and documentation of the goals and objectives designated in the IHP.- Provides the Program Manager with regular reports and information regarding the individuals.- Works closely with the Program Manager, Behaviorists, agency Nurses, medical care providers, psy
