- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, training with a strong focus on training and development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industry standards such as J-STD, IPC-610, and IPC-620
- Minimum 4 years of experience with manufacturing processes such as soldering, ESD handling, crimping, and cable assembly.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, and IPC-WHMA-A-620
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
