HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in driving recruiting initiatives and sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This hands-on role involves managing various sourcing channels and coordinating day-to-day recruitment activities, while collaborating closely with HR and the broader Talent Acquisition team.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Practice full life cycle recruiting from requisition approval to offer acceptance.

  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire talent that will help contribute to the growth of FerroTec.

  • Understand the recruiting market and the recruiting life cycles to be a source of information / consultant to business leaders.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date staffing report, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications.

  • Participate in the development and execution of manager training programs related to the talent acquisition process.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate quality and make data driven decision to improve recruitment process.

  • Track all key metrics on hiring and ensure regular updates and dashboards for business leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques

  • Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills

  • Develop and execute unique search strategies to attract candidates for highly specialized roles.

  • Balance providing a high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process with both internal stakeholders and candidates, while continuously keeping the pipeline active and meeting your hiring goals

  • Collaborate with other hiring teams across the globe to drive synergy & sharing of best practices.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 6+ years direct HR recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years in-house, corporate experience

  • Proven professional experience in filling both technical and non-technical positions of varying responsibilities across an organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Previous experience leading and developing an organizational talent strategy with a proven track record of identifying unique ways to attract top talent. High level of proficiency in assessing candidates while interacting, influencing, and coaching internal partners on best recruiting practices.

  • Proven ability cultivating successful relationships internally and externally to drive recruitment strategy and align with other HR priorities.

  • Strong business acumen with an innate ability to engage leaders and flex ideas according to business needs.

  • Strong listening, facilitation, and communications skills.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information.

  • Experience using ATS’s with a strong understanding of digital/social channels as it relates to talent engagement and awareness.

    Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2+ years’ utilizing UKG/Kronos

    Physical & Environmental requirements:

  • Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.

  • Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.

  • Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

  • Constantly assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

  • Occasional sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

  • Prolonged use of computer monitors.
