Project Overview: We are commencing a new project and are seeking a Hazmat qualified operator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating extended reach forklifts and skid steers. This role demands dedication, commitment, and a strong emphasis on safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate extended reach forklifts and skid steers in a safe and efficient manner.
Handle hazardous materials with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure operational safety.
Coordinate with the project team to achieve project goals and timelines.
Conduct site assessments and participate in safety meetings.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Respond to emergencies and hazardous material spills following established procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
Certification: Must have completed 40 hours of HAZWOPER training with an 8-hour refresher.
Experience: Prior experience operating extended reach forklifts and skid steers.
Skills: Strong understanding of safety protocols related to hazardous materials handling.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
