TEKsystems Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) in Livermore, California

Description:

  • The CSR takes inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.

  • Customer relations and order taking.

  • 60 - 80 calls/day

  • Monitoring the activity of drivers

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish) required

Previous CSR experience (2 years)

Previous Call Center experience (2 years)

Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm with a half hour lunch.

Pay: $22 - $25
