Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document system requirements, business processes, and workflow improvements
Solution Development: Work with technical teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes; develop user manuals and training materials as needed
Project Management: Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project requests. Collaborate with business units, project managers, and IT teams to understand project needs and expectations
Data Governance: Partner with IT to develop and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security; oversee data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Data Curation: Partner with IT to manage the curation of data across the organization, including data integration, enrichment, and transformation; ensure data is accurately categorized, tagged, and maintained to facilitate ease of use and accessibility
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in data visualization tools like TableauStrong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams in demand and supply chain domains
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
