Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pricing strategies for rate plans and offers aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
Collaborate across teams to design and launch competitive, customer-focused rate plans and promotions.
Ensure offers meet business objectives and address customer needs.
Monitor rate plan performance, leveraging data for insights and improvements.
Lead and mentor a team, driving innovation, collaboration, and performance.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline is required
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product management, or a related role within the wireless or telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced pricing techniques
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
