Job Duties and Responsibilities
The DISH Retail Wireless Sales Team is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to support retail growth and program management needs. This role reports to the Director, National Retail Wireless and is responsible for ensuring cross-functional team alignment around programs aimed at growth in big box retailers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a variety of tasks in the areas of program management, accounting, communications, and systems management. The role requires a results-driven mindset, effective communication, a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. This position will be located in Littleton, CO.
This role requires working with legal, accounting, product/pricing, business development and go-to-market teams as well as with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Work cross-functionally to stand up and manage programs and interface with teams including legal, accounting, finance, product/pricing, business development, go-to-market, and IT teams
Build business cases for programs and manage the process of standing up new programs including supporting through contract negotiations, logistical and operational set-up and IT development when appropriate
Manger retailer portals for product entry and access control
Maintain trackers for competitor pricing, offers, rate plans, messaging
Manage invoices, PO creating, write business cases for spend proposals
Build slides for executive review decks and department readouts
Execute ad-hoc project requests from executives
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Program Manager I, you will have:
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of two years in a project/program management role
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project execution, organizational, and critical thinking skills
A demonstrated ability to influence other teams to meet goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel capabilities
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
