Title: Front Desk Reception

Pay: $20.00/hr

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Littleton, CO

Temp-to-Hire

What you will do:

  • Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.

  • Assist residents and visitors with information regarding housing services, policies, and procedures.

  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met efficiently.

  • Monitor and manage visitor access and security protocols.

  • Address and resolve resident concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
