Our facility in Littleton, CO has an opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our mission. In this role you will be responsible for a full range of moderate to complex administrative work assignments supporting the Commercial Civil Space (CCS) Director of Deep Space Exploration (DSE) and as well as the DSE Senior Leaders. In addition, this position will support and provide back up to the CCS Science, Weather & Commercial VP Executive Administrative Assistant, as well as support and partner with the Executive Administrative Assistants within the CCS Line of Business (LOB). Also, this position will lead project and financial management of DSE Employee Stakeholder Events. The position is a challenging one requiring that you multi-task effectively in a high paced environment and demonstrate a high level of initiative and tact in managing email, telephone calls, and other requests.
Summary of key duties for this position: In this role
you will...
• Maintain calendar, arrange meetings, make travel arrangements, processing expense reports, ordering office supplies
• Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled. Serving as the professional interface with executive level leaders and customers.
• Utilize standard software (e.g. MS Office Applications, SharePoint, Internet) to compose correspondence, spreadsheets, PowerPoint charts and Lockheed Martin unique software (e.g. Concur) for managing expense reports
• Assure detail in tasks, provide updates, and status tasks to meet deadlines
• Determine priorities in regards to non-routine situations and remedy commitments to maximize leadership efficiency
• Coordinating special events such as small and large group meetings and conferences, processing visitors in VisitLM, and submitting catering requests. For the purpose of planning and management of leadership off site meetings you will travel occasionally.
• Being point of contact for all desk moves within Building 720 Integrated Robotics Facility (IRF) and Building 730 Advance Computer Lab (ACL); working closely with Managers in other DSE buildings on campus and off campus to maintain employee coordination
• Managing the flow and handling of confidential, sensitive and proprietary information
• Performing additional special assignments as required

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have prior experience supporting senior level management (i.e. Senior Managers, Directors, and/ or Executive/C-Suite leaders) with proven experience applying critical thinking to tasks and calendar prioritization
• Advanced computer (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Lync) and advanced internet research skills
• Experience using mobile technology to handle work issues outside of normal work hours
• Ability to coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and complex expense reports
• Experience composing reports correspondence and memorandums, reviewing documents for appropriate grammar usage, answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures with project management skills and project coordination experience sufficient to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures
• Active U.S. DoD Secret government security clearance
• Working knowledge of SharePoint site to include: creation of folders, organization and navigation
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as external customers, clients and vendors
• Demonstrated strong organization skills, initiative and a self-starter
• Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment, complete tasks on-time and with accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $49,100 - $94,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
