POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide general administrative support to the Littlehampton site as requested by theSenior Engineering Director(Site Lead).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

General administration tasks to include:

  • Organising meetings both internally & externally across different time zones.

  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities, taking minutes of meetings as required.

  • Organising on-site lunches/assist with events.

  • Booking flights, hotels & taxis & making restaurant reservations.

  • Assist with expenses if required.

  • Photocopying & filing.

  • Provide day–to-day support to the rest of the team, as agreed with theSenior Engineering Director ( Site Lead).

  • Updating the phone list on a monthly basis & circulating.

  • Other administrative processes as required.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised with a collaborative approach & the ability to work with a variety of different teams when required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.

  • Cheerful, approachable and friendly disposition.

  • Shows initiative and enthusiasm with a practical, ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • Flexible & pro-active.

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality.

  • Computer literacy to a minimum of intermediate level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer).

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • 2 -3 years of general admin related experience supporting a variety of different teams.
