About the Role:
As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor in our Transportation and Warehousing industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse in Little Rock, LR. You will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting productivity targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to have strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently.
