Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity within the hospitality industry in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are in search of an Operations Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for managing and updating data, processing academic tests information, and handling various other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Updating and scanning documents into our software programs

• Accurate data entry and management of information

• Processing and organizing test and renewals details

• Maintaining an organized filing system for all relevant documents

• Handling other administrative duties as required

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and spreadsheet creation

• Ensuring timely completion of tasks with excellent time management skills

• Maintaining strong organizational practices within your role. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
