About the Role

::: {testid="richTextElement"} Position Overview:\ The Office Secretary provides administrative support to the CEO and ensures the smooth operation of office tasks, communications, and organizational functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.\ \ Key Responsibilities:\ -Email Management: Check and communicate emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring all outgoing correspondence is reviewed and approved before sending.\ -Billing & Payroll: Assist with billing every Monday and payroll processing every other Wednesday.\ Executive Assistance: Support the CEO with various office-related tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.\ -Office Administration: Handle general office tasks, including organizing office spaces, maintaining records, and managing digital files.\ -Calendar & Contact Management: Maintain and update schedules, meetings, and important contact information.\ -Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and other necessary documents as needed.\ -Phone & Communication Sup ::: ::: :::
