Oracle Consulting Technical Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas

Job Description

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer engineering-related occupation.

Position requires:

OFS Financial Crime and Compliance Management solutions for financial sectors;

OFSAAI O-jet Forms Framework, Process Modelling Framework, OFSAAI Security Framework components, Batch Management, OFSAAI Data Integrator Component, OFSAAI Metadata Component; BDF;

Oracle Database SQL & PL/SQL;

PL/SQL Developer, SQL Developer, Winscp;

OAS (Oracle Analytical Server) reports and dashboards;

Functional domain expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), Enterprise Case Management, Compliance Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering, Currency Transaction Reporting, Know Your Customer, FCCM Studio, Operational Risk & Compliance and Credit Risk Pooling & Estimations.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, leads technical team, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Assigns tasks, mentors team, tracks deliverables, and oversees activities of the team (e.g.-configuring the solution, data loading, UI configurations, etc). Coordinate technical interviews. Provide performance feedback to management for team. Interact with sales and product management to recommend future product enhancements. Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborate with consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
