Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Aircraft Mechanics to assist with Star Link installs and additional structures requirements. The role involves ensuring a professional manner and appearance in daily interactions with customers, guests, and co-workers. You will perform various tasks related to maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair and modifications, fueling and de-fueling, utilizing applicable technical data.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards.

  • Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of the normally assigned duties.

  • Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM.

  • Support Aircraft Crew Chief with the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.

  • Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve the on-time and on-budget objectives of the work scope.

  • Perform daily activities toward providing services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

  • Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of “sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain”.

  • Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and drive to zero defects in workmanship and safety.

  • Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.

  • Support the corporate mission and vision through the achievement of department goals and objectives.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with airframe, aircraft maintenance, repair, and heavy maintenance.

  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and modify Dassault Falcon Jet aircraft systems.

  • Proficiency in aircraft systems installation and aviation-related tasks.

  • Must possess at least an A license.

  • Working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in a climate-controlled hangar.

  • Familiarity with quality control systems and procedures.

  • Effective resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

Work Environment

The position is based in a climate-controlled hangar, with schedules that include Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, or Monday-Friday, 8-hour days. Positions are available on both 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM to 2:00 AM). The roles for Star Link installs will be on the 2nd shift, working Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. There may be occasional work on Friday and Saturday as workload dictates.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

$25-$33/HR
