Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the non-profit sector in Little Rock, Arkansas, for an Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage critical financial tasks, such as invoice processing and customer inquiries, and your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required

• Ensure the accurate entry of vendor invoices into the system

• Uphold the organization's financial health by diligently tracking and processing customer invoices

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas to maintain and update financial records. Requirements • Prior experience in the Non-Profit sector is desirable

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory

• Skilled in handling Customer Invoices

• Demonstrated ability to Enter Vendor Invoices

• Experience in Invoice Entry and Invoice Processing

• Knowledge of Excel Formulas is necessary

• Proficient in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferable
