JOB SUMMARY\ Kutak Rock LLP is seeking a law clerk for the first half of Summer 2025, from May 19th to June 27th. The Summer Associate Program is a 6-week summer program in Little Rock, Arkansas. The summer associate will work with attorneys in the Kutak Rock Arkansas offices across various practices, including corporate and real estate transactions, healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance, general and complex civil litigation, public finance and tax. Little Rock Summer associates assist with research projects, drafting client memoranda, litigation-focused documents, and contracts. Kutak Rock attorneys try to include summer associates in experiences like attending mediations, court hearings, and depositions when possible.
