Our client, a leading company in the electrical industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will have forklift proficiency, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Olean, NY

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, handcarts) safely to load, unload, and move materials.

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, inspecting for damage or defects.

• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.

• Maintain safety standards in the warehouse by following company guidelines.

• Keep work areas clean and organized to support daily operations.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.

• Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting.

• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality or safety issues.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
