We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative near East Rutherford, New Jersey. The role primarily involves interacting with customers and providing support and assistance. With a key role in our team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data entry, handling customer inquiries, and providing sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to customer inquiries through calls and emails

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry tasks

• Assisting with order entry by accurately entering sales orders

• Providing comprehensive customer support and sales support

• Scheduling appointments as required

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Demonstrating proficiency in Macola by using it for various tasks

• Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded and customer records are kept up to date.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment

• Exceptional skills in Answering Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Demonstrated ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally and promptly

• Experience in Data Entry is required

• Proficiency in Macola will be considered an advantage

• Previous experience in Order Entry is a must

• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently

• Outstanding Customer Service skills

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
