Arc Herkimer Production Supervisor in Little Falls, New York
Do you want the opportunity to use hands-on approaches to train, motive, and supervise a group of supported laborers and line supervisors to create and package life-saving equipment, sustainable goods, food/drink, sensory apparel, and law enforcement uniforms? Arc Herkimer wants you to lead workers through various projects!
Rate of pay: $20
Schedule: Full time; 40 hours/week; Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm with flexibility.
Requirements:
Associates degree in related technical program preferred.
Prior production experience required.
One-year supervisory experience required
18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license.
You will have the chance to see consumer goods through production, while enhancing skills and enriching lives for industrial workers.
Lead inclusive workforce in a manufacturing and industrial setting
Use hands-on approaches to train, motivate, and supervise teams
Develop procedures and processes to improve the overall operation of the site.
Manage a variety of exciting contract projects and commodities productions
Ensure efficiency, quality standards, and maintenance of equipment
Provide supervision, leadership, and performance management to direct reports.
Maintain and meet production workflow and schedules.
