Researches, correlates and summarizes data and prepares justification to defend budget estimate. You will support the preparation of monthly/annual spend plans and monitors execution; incorporates changes in program parameters, funding levels, and requirements. You will analyze daily Status of Funds report to ensure obligation rate remains at required levels. You will reconcile funds to ensure execution is in accordance with established policy. You will prepare correspondence for submission to higher authority or other components that clearly articulate funding levels and requirements, such as Unfunded Requirement (UFR) and Daily status of funds. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing and managing the implementation of financial policies and instructions; such as appropriations law, Financial Management regulations, command instructions and policies. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing financial policies and instructions; such as appropriations law, Financial Management regulations, command instructions and policies.
