Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, machine operation experience, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Little Chute, WI

Pay Range: $17 to $21 starting pay rate

What's the Job?

• Runs the machinery to which assigned and provides basic adjustments as needed

• Sets up and operates the machine to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards per customer specifications

• Responsible for the quality of the product and performing quality inspection checks

• Also maintains the machinery to include general maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting

• Follows the Standard Operating Procedures to report any problems with the beginning or ending product

What's Needed?

• Machine Operation Experience

• Mechanically Inclined

• Ability to make adjustments to machinery to keep production needs met

• Quality Control
