Facilities Team Lead This position reports to Facilities Management Site Lead and is based at Kenvue's Lititz, PA site.

What you will do The Facilities Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environments with a strong emphasis on customer service. The individual will lead and manage a team of site facilities associates, overseeing utility, mechanical, and electrical contracts, as well as external resources. Collaboration with Operations, Quality, Finance, and EHS will be critical for identifying, defining, and executing Facilities projects aimed at improving workplace conditions, enhancing site infrastructure reliability, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment. This role will cover a broad range of site facilities systems including USP Water, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, HVAC, Vacuum, Fire Protection, and site Electrical Systems, along with potable water and sewer systems.
Key Responsibilities * Directly supervise Facilities associates, including leading, planning, coordinating, and scheduling activities to minimize business interruptions, ensuring compliance with EHS and Quality requirements. * Maintain and administer the preventive maintenance program (Maximo) for Facility services with the shop maintenance team and external contractors. * Lead cross-functional teams in designing and installing capital projects. * Ensure reliable and economical operation of all facility and utility systems supporting the Lititz site. * Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Facilities issues. * Ensure direct reports are fully trained and comply with applicable SOPs, cGMPs, regulatory requirements, safety, environmental, and Company policies. * Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between hourly colleagues and other site leaders. Communicate operational information and solicit feedback from direct reports. * Coach and counsel direct reports on operations and/or performance. Administer corrective actions as necessary. * Provide leadership necessary for effective implementation and execution of changes. * Manage numerous service contractor agreements. * Secure and permit contract resources to safely provide services not performed by internal labor. * Coordinate schedules and activities to meet site needs while minimizing business interruptions. * Participate in the capital and department expense budgeting process for Facilities functions. Generate and manage purchase requisitions to meet site budget requirements. * Act as a servant leader, translating group challenges into implemented solutions, and building rapport and a collaborative environment while adhering to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Create new procedures, change controls, protocols, and reports to document Facilities practices and programs. * Understand preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodology. Evaluate equipment performance criteria (for condition monitoring and failure analysis) to assess equipment condition and ensure that preventative maintenance is performed at correct intervals. * Lead and coordinate Semi-Annual Shutdown activities in support of the Lititz Site. Provide required coverage during actual shutdowns, in conjunction with the Maintenance and Engineering teams

What we are looking for Required Qualifications * University/Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent. BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Candidates with exceptional experience in industrial maintenance, supervision and planning will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in facilities management and/or utilities in a manufacturing environment * Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with boilers, chillers, and air compressors. * Proven leadership experience, including team management and project oversight.
Desired Qualifications * Process Safety Management (PSM) Experience, Planisware Experience * Lean or Six Sigma Certification, and Project Management Certification is preferred * Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS system
Work Environment and Physical Demands * Performs tasks with exposure to adverse environmental conditions. * Ability to effectively utilize appropriate safety equipment and procedures. * Ability to climb/descend ladders, and work in elevated locations. * Ability to work in adverse weather conditions. * Ability to visually and physically inspect equipment and processes.
