Maintenance Technicians we are calling those of you who are looking for a work life balance!! We have a well established hightly successful company looking to add to their maintenance team. They are seeking highly skilled industrial maintenance technicians. This is a direct hire opportunity we are ensuring you make it to the front of the line for this opportunity. Candidates must be able to read schematics, read blue prints and well versed in motors, mechanical and electrical maintenance. Candidates must have a current resume with industrial maintenance experience to be considered for this current opportunity. • Lithonia/Conyers, GA

• 2nd shift - 3pm to 1:30am - M-TH - No weekends

• 1st shift - 4am to 2:30pm Friday -Monday

• $30-$34/hour

• In January shifts will move from 4/10's to 5/8's all techs will be moving to the new 5/8's schedule

salary: $62,400 - $70,283.2 per year

work hours: 1 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Conducting visual inspections and testing machinery to ensure proper operation.

• Listening for unusual sounds to detect potential malfunctions in equipment.

• Diagnosing problems or repairing machines, often collaborating with others to resolve operational issues.

• Cleaning and lubricating parts such as shafts, bearings, and gears.

• Installing and repairing electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and other electronic components.

• Laying out, assembling, and maintaining pipe systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

• Repairing and replacing gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

• Performing repairs and maintenance on the physical structure of facilities.

• Installing, programming, or repairing automated machinery, including robots and programmable controllers.

• Setting up and operating machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine) to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.

• Operating cutting torch and welding equipment as needed.

• Performing preventive maintenance (PM) as required.

• High school diploma or GED required; a two-year technical certificate or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Working knowledge of CMMS.

The essential functions of this role include:
