Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated multicraft technician to troubleshoot and work on glass cutters, CNC machines, temperers, robots, and conveyors. Experience with MIG and stick welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain glass cutters, CNC machines, temperers, robots, and conveyors

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on industrial equipment

• Diagnose and repair PLCs, including Siemens PLCs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Work on 480-volt systems and three-phase electrical systems

• Perform conveyor maintenance and fabrication tasks

• Handle MIG and stick welding

• Work on ovens and robotic systems

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance

• Proficiency in diagnosing PLCs

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Experience with 480-volt systems and three-phase electrical systems

• Ability to perform conveyor maintenance

• Fabrication skills

• MIG and stick welding experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs

• Ability to work on glass cutting, robotics, and fabrication

• Knowledge of Siemens PLCs

Work Environment

You will work 50-60 hours a week, including some Saturdays (half a month). The first shift runs from 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lithia Springs, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
