Description

We are in search of a IT Support Analyst to be a part of our team in Litchfield Park, Arizona. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for resolving service requests and incidents, maintaining data encryption systems, managing hardware and software, and handling administrative tasks associated with O365 accounts and Active Directory. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Address service requests and incidents effectively through a ticketing system.

• Manage the relocation and changes of computers, phones, printers, and other peripheral devices.

• Uphold the integrity of data encryption systems and ensure that computers are up-to-date with security patches and virus definitions.

• Handle the maintenance of Anti-Virus systems to ensure a secure work environment.

• Set up O365 accounts and manage updates to groups and permissions in Active Directory.

• Validate the functionality of hardware and software through troubleshooting.

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM and Windows desktop OS & Software for various tasks.

• Oversee the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Server OS and Microsoft System.

• Maintain an understanding of Microsoft Windows operations.

• Handle lifting of equipment as part of job responsibilities.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft System, Microsoft Server OS, and Microsoft Windows

• Knowledge and experience in Active Directory

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in software and hardware Deployments

• Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM

• Understanding of Anti-Virus systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts as help desk operates around the clock
