Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office/Medical Assistant

Front Office/Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $21-$23 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm. Join a positive working environment!

Required Qualifications of the Front Office/Medical Assistant

  • 1+ years of recent medical front office and/or medical assistant experience required

  • Primary care experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Front Office/Medical Assistant

  • Check in/out patients

  • Collect co-pays and verify insurance information

  • Fill out new patient paperwork

  • Answer phones and schedule patient appointments

  • Room patients and take vitals

  • Help with in-office procedures

  • Call in medication

  • Perform injections and blood draws when needed

  • Administer medication
