Job Title: High Volume Phone Screener

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient High Volume Phone Screener to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary phone interviews with a large number of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.

  • Make at least 50+ outbound calls per day, ensuring heavy high volume outbound contact.

  • Use a standardized set of questions to ensure consistency and fairness in the screening process.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide information about the role and the next steps in the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and provide recommendations based on phone screenings.

  • Schedule follow-up interviews with qualified candidates.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the screening process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
