JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic People & Communications Services Lead, Americas to join our team. This role will lead and modernize our P&C Services operations across the Americas region (US, Mexico, Canada), ensuring alignment with global service standards and serves as a critical part of the KONE service model in delivering P&C services for the organization with their teams.
JOB DUTIES:
Operational:
Lead the P&C Services function across the Americas, including overseeing the AskHR service.
Manage and lead P&C Services according to global scopes and SLAs established within the region.
Collaborate with business units to tailor service scopes locally, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Drive the design, development, and implementation of P&C Services management processes in support of organizational goals and helps to enhance employee engagement ensuring KONE continues to be a great place to work.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities within KONE's P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Unit P&Cs by providing insight and analysis on operational issues
Collaborate with P&C teams and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
Contribute to the development of P&C Services roadmaps based on regional feedback and business requirements.
Evaluate business and workforce trends to provide strategic recommendations for achieving and exceeding targets.
Develop the annual P&C Services budget in the geographical area and in line with global budgeting guidelines.
People, Compliance and Stakeholder Management:
Hire, retain, and develop a skilled team of P&C professionals, ensuring the needed knowledge and capabilities to deliver efficient and quality services for the organization within the function.
Ensure that service delivery practices fulfill all needed global/local regulations and laws.
Maintain strong relationships with P&C colleagues to share best practices and anticipate industry trends.
Represent P&C Services in the P&C Area Management team
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in multinational companies.
Business acumen and experience in a multicultural business environment.
Proficiency in service management processes with a track record of driving change.
Strong project management and people leadership/coaching skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish; must be able to communicate in English and Spanish verbally and through written communication.
