We are looking for:

• A Treasury Accounting and Reporting Specialist who will be responsible to produce monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation of treasury accounting data and to prepare treasury management reports. To support the design, the follow up, the implementation of accounting processes and to deliver the treasury accounting data needed for the project. He/she produces the hedge accounting files including efficiency tests and/or simulations

We count on you for:

• Perform the treasury consolidation closure with quality and on time

• Prepare the financial/treasury management reports and explain variations with budget/forecast to financial instruments and document the accounting process accordingly

• Support process design, deployment and participate to project to ensure treasury policies and practices are applied as well as the compliance with IFRS standards

• Prepare hedge accounting files and efficiency testing

• Control and simulate the mark to market valuation on derivative transactions and the impact in the books

• Interface with internal and external auditors (including internal controls)

• Support to Corporate teams and GBS accounting teams

You will bring:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent (required)

• Previous experience in IFRS desk, IFRS accounting and a good understanding of financial instruments' specific rules (IAS 39, IFRS 9, ...)

• Hedge accounting

• Good knowledge of treasury processes

• Experience in reporting and consolidation is an asset

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of similar experience required; preferably with large multinational companies or big 4

• Microsoft Excel (expert), SAP FI (SAP Treasury module is a plus), BFC (business financial consolidation is an asset), TMS Quantum

• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters or any other valuation tool is an asset

• Good analytical skills, attention to detail and an excellent personal computer literacy

• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills

• Multi-task and able to manage competing deadlines as well as to work under pressure

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Any other language (e.g: Portuguese, French) is an asset
