Manager, Product Operations, Consumer Products and Processing

The team leads strategy, business insight and analytics, product operations, risk and compliance for Global Consumer Products and Processing. This team is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive greater alignment and collaboration to enable a seamless organization that moves faster and delivers the best consumer experience.

Responsibilities

This role ensures operational efficiency, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and alignment with the company’s product strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing product management processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring product goals are met on time and within budget.

As Manager, Product Operations your key responsibilities are:

o Develop and implement scalable processes for managing product development, launch, and post-launch activities (Studio)

o Identify inefficiencies and work to improve operational processes and reduce time-to-market.

o Work closely with product managers to track roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.

o Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to manage compliance process related to card design, product construct or customer contractual agreement

o Manage product releases by coordinating documentation, product catalogues and training for internal teams.

o Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and optimize product operations

Role Requirement:

o Foundational background in product management and/or development

o Foundational background in product management

o Strong communicator with project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

o Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

o Demonstrated ability to work with and drive multiple business partners, analytics team and engineering teams towards the delivery of key deliverables

o Experience working with global and remote teams.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
