Title and Summary

Manager Product Management, Token Authentication Solutions

  1. Overview: Mastercard's vision is to make remote commerce payments fast and secure, through a combination of tokenization and strong customer authentication with best-in-class user experience. The Manager, Product Management will join the Token Authentication Solutions Global Product team who is managing the Mastercard Passkey Service with an objective to scale authentication across all types of tokenized transactions and accelerate authentication revenues.

  2. Role: The role is to identify how to evolve our product solutions to the next level and scale their deployment in markets; and will focus on:

• Analyze competitive landscape, and latest developments on FIDO passkeys such as new regulatory requirements/legislations (e.g., EU PSD3, EUID, India, Japan etc.) to identity new opportunities and evolve our authentication solutions;

  • partner with industry players to identify new trends or technologies that could improve our product solutions;

  • consolidate feedback from our passkey implementations e.g., on user experience or performances, and identify areas for improvements

  • Take accountability for the delivery of key product enhancements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver

  • Drive institutionalized knowledge with the delivery of clear product documentation

  • Provide product expertise to internal and external customers.

  1. All about you:

• Position requires a master’s degree, or foreign equivalent with technical background;

  • Tech savvy, quick learner, with experience in driving initiatives in complex and dynamic business environments

• Strong product ownership experience in the payment or technology industry, having already brought successfully new products or solutions to market.

• Strong ability to effectively and proactively build partnerships with industry partners in order to identify and develop opportunities to enhance our solutions

• Strong ability to understand the needs and objectives of internal and external stakeholders

• Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable articulating narratives and presenting to various levels of management.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and handling complex tasks
