At CBRE Portugal, within our Office Investors Leasing team, we are currently seeking a Consultant to grow our team of dedicated professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships with the client, tenants and other relevant stakeholders ensuring client care programs are implemented.

Generating leads by cold calling potential tenants, networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries.

Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect.

Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally.

Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets.

Prepare quantitative and qualitative client reporting.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?

• Bachelor’s degree

• Professional experience in similar roles

• Strong interest in commercial real estate

• Solid commercial profile

• Organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent client relationship management skills

• Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English

• Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Driving license

The CBRE Portugal’s Advisory & Transactions Offices team is a trusted strategic advisor to our clients for the provision of commercial real estate services. We bring specialized knowledge and experience to each and every situation, customized to the client's needs. Adding value to our clients' activities in the office investment arena is our main objective. We are currently a team of 10, that works closely with colleagues from other departments, as well as with CBRE clients. We are a very big team!
