Assistant -- Designer Office Support
Our Team is looking for an organized outgoing individual that has strong personal customer service skills, looking to grow within our company.
The position entails, but not limited to.
- Opening and closing procedures for showroom-& Offices
- Excellent Customer Service
- Kitchen and Bath design by creating layouts, selecting materials, entering products into our system ( CAD or 20/20 design software experience is helpful)
- Receiving shipments
- Ordering cabinets, hardware , plumbing and other products
- Organizing files, assisting designers
- Showroom coverage
- Light cleaning and organizing showroom, breakroom area and offices
- General office duties
- Occasional -Order pick ups- deliveries from our vendors ( local) with company vehicle
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday --
Pay will be based on skill set with commission- bonus potential
Other benefits- Healthcare package is offered with payroll deduction, 401 K company contribution after 1 year.
