Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Develop and lead a data-driven, preventative and predictive work management program
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and suppliers to ensure equipment reliability
Implement and sustain maintenance processes including spare parts, CMMS, and TPM
Lead scheduling and planning functions to achieve 90% or greater planned work vs. reactive work
Responsible for installation and relocation of manufacturing equipment
Develop end-of-life asset replacement plans
Motivate and engage team members through strategic vision, role clarity, and clear communication
Train technicians, maintenance, and production supervisors on equipment use and maintenance
Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement across the team
Be on call as needed and assist with hands-on maintenance activities if necessary

Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Certified advanced training and/or courses in electrical/electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, plastics, and injection molding.
Familiar with industry-standard TPM packages.
Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) is a plus.
TPM certification is a must.
Pay:
- Salary $135k Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $138000.00 - $157000.00
Coverage starts the 1st day of the following month after date of hire.
