The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of projects within the sales portfolio. The role will require individuals to translate business problems into detailed Business Requirements, User Experience, and Interface Design and lead the project implementations by supporting the creation of the Functional Requirements, User Test Scripts, CRP Plans, Data Migration Plans, Training and Tools Support. This role is part global design and planning and part project manager. This role is responsible for developing and supporting global plans, design and implementation of a range of sales tools including cloud based solutions like Salesforce (SFDC). They will act as the sales business lead on proposed configuration, training, and maintenance, for global CRM, PRM platforms sales playbooks, and other cloud based tools. This candidate will represent and define the sales business needs and transforming them into process and tools to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. The role will also work closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations to design, implement, and ultimately support sales enablement tools globally.

*Will ideally work onsite in our Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY location on a Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Will manage a small team of business analysts

  • Own the Sales Governance around Salesforce.com, CRM/PRM, and cloud based tools and provide business recommendations to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of sales

  • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com platform to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and organization scaling at a rapid pace

  • Primary global lead to provide direction and support in the areas of user support/training, change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering and reporting, user management, customization of fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports and dashboards, report and dashboard development, and data management

  • Manage, lead, and own the implementation of projects from Concept to Post Go Live Support

  • Manage resources to support projects as well as gather and align regional requirements and plans to enable seamless global deployment of all sales tools

  • Manage the tools business support teams along with post go live support (In conjunction with IT)

  • Proficient in handling technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and related procedures and assist in the development of technologies to create solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions

  • Provide input to technical requirements for sales tools and solutions including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products needs for the business

  • Provide Voice of Sales to other Programs

  • Guide regional administration of cloud based solutions like SFDC to meet overall objectives of implementation and provide industry recommendations and guidance

  • Identify Productivity gaps within the sales tools and socialize

  • Own the Lead to Closure Business Processes by supporting implementation and integration with regional super users and administration to ensure correct implementation and adoption based on overall coverage and partner program design

  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code

  • Manage prioritization of change requests and projects in conjunction with other functions

  • Support the creation of business cases for new requests and be responsible for implementing best practices, identifying development initiatives, and standardizing the adoption of all sales enablement tools across sales

  • Influence, own, and design the user experience around the sales tools

  • Manage and maximize ROI from engaged vendors

  • Influence team members on user experience and design and provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in project management leading technology implementations

  • Supervisory experience managing a virtual team

  • Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience

  • Understanding of the Salesforce.com and connected sales tools eco-systems

  • Previous experience with writing processes and supporting new testing

  • Critical business problem solving

  • Experience in planning and deployment of sales tools on a global basis including cloud based solutions like SFDC or CPQ

Salary: USD 117700.00 - USD 176500.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
