Our large retail client is looking for a fully remote Email Developer to join their team for about 40 hours a week with the opportunity to convert to fulltime!\ \ This is an exciting hands on opportunity to play a crucial role in crafting and executing email campaigns that engage, inform, and delight the targeted audience.\ \ Email Developer Responsibilities:\ - Email Template Development: Design and code responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines, ensuring compatibility and optimal display across various email clients and devices.\ - Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective email designs. Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.\ - Coding and HTML Expertise: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML and CSS code for email templates. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to email development.\ - Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve rendering issues, broken links, and other potential problems before deployment. Monitor and analyze email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates to improve future campaigns.\ \ \ Email Developer Requirements:\ - 2+ years of hands on email development experience with email marketing platforms and tools such as Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another similar CRM\ - Proficient in HTML/CSS with a focus on email development best practices\ - Experience with responsive design techniques and adapting layouts, familiar with AMPscript or Liquid Logic\ - Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, quality assurance with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve rending issues\ - Basic SQL knowledge is a plus!\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
